There are a variety of filterbaskets. This depends on a few features:

Brand

The type of double filter basket depends on the brand it needs to be used for.  Most commercial filterbasket range in diameter from 65mm (Spaziale, Astoria/Wega) all the way up to 70mm. with this you need to think of the espresso machines which use E61 styles of brewing groups

Design

The design of the 2 coffee filterbasket determines if the basket does fit the portafilter. Seen some filterbaskets, high volume, won’t always fit every portafilter.

Volume

The weight, how much ground coffee the basket can hold, depends on the design of the basket. The weight ranges from shallow baskets which can hold 12 grams of ground coffee. Up to filterbasket which can hold almost 21 grams, which are deeper baskets.
