Joints

Les joints sont probablement l'un des éléments les plus importants utilisés sur une machine à expresso. Un joint garantit que votre chaudière, votre tube à vapeur ou votre élément de chauffage ne fuit pas. Il y a un large choix de matériaux et de formes de joints utilisés sur des machines à expresso. Cela varie également par marque de machine expresso.

Les types de joints les plus courants sont:

  • O-rings;
  • Joints en cuivre;
  • Des joints plats.

 O-ring.

Il s'agit d'un joint rond qui est utilisé sur des applications telles que l'étanchéité des valves électromagnétiques, des groupes de brassage, des vannes d'entrée. Il existe divers matériaux utilisés tels que NBR, EPDM, FKM(Viton) et silicone.

Des joints en cuivre.

Les joints en cuivre se trouvent dans différentes tailles et formes. Les 2 plus courants sont les joints de cuivre plats et les joints de compression de cuivre.

Joints plats

En substance, ils sont tous des joints plats. Mais ils peuvent être fabriqués à partir de divers matériaux tels que les joints PTFE et Fibre. Ces joints en fibre peuvent être fabriqués par des marques telles que Klinger(Klingersil) et Victor Reinz.
