Auf dieser Produktseite finden Sie eine große Auswahl an Niveausonden für Espressomaschinen. Eine Niveausonde ist ein Stab, der sich oben auf dem Kessel oder am Flansch befindet und erkennt, ob das Wasser im Kessel auf die Sonde trifft.

Wenn das Wasser die Sonde nicht trifft, öffnet sich das Wassereinlassventil und die Pumpe beginnt zu laufen (nicht bei jeder Marke und jedem Modell). Sobald das Wasser die Niveausonde trifft, schließt das Ventil und die Pumpe stoppt. Die Niveausonde wird in Kombination mit einem Niveauregler und einem Dosiergerät eingesetzt.

Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Pegelsonden. Das Wichtigste ist der Sondenstab, dieser Sondenstab ist aus Edelstahl und hat eine flache Stelle für einen Stecker. Als Dichtung dient dabei eine PTFE-Hülse. Die Beschläge sind eine innere und eine äußere. Der innere dient zur Fixierung des Sondenstabes an einem festen Ort und der äußere zur Installation im Kessel.

Die Pegelsonde ist in vielen Längen von 80 mm bis 155 mm erhältlich. Einige von ihnen sind zum Beispiel mit La Cimbali gebogen. Der Hauptgewindetyp ist ¼”BSP-G. Aber Marken wie La Cimbali verwenden 1/8 Zoll BSP-G. Es gibt eine Marke, Bezzera, die ein metrisches M10x1-Gewinde verwendet.
