Die Kaffeemühle auf dieser Produktseite ist die Victoria Arduino Mythos 2 Kaffeemühle. Die Mythos 2 ist der Nachfolger der sehr beliebten Mythos one Kaffeemühle. Dieses Kaffeemühlenmodell wird in gehobenen Bars und Restaurants verwendet. Diese Art von Kaffeemühle wird als „On-Demand“-Kaffeemühle bezeichnet, was bedeutet, dass nur der Kaffee gemahlen wird, den Sie benötigen.

Die Kaffeemühle Mythos 2 ist in einer 110- und einer 220-V-Konfiguration erhältlich und verfügt über eine variable Geschwindigkeit, die einen 300-W-Mahlwerksmotor antreibt. Dieses Modell ist nur als Einphasenmodell erhältlich, daher ist ein Kondensator eingebaut.

Die beim Victoria Arduino Mythos 2 verwendeten Schleifscheiben sind flach und haben eine rechtsdrehende Richtung. Der Außendurchmesser beträgt 82,5 mm und der Innendurchmesser 49 mm. Diese flachen Schleifscheiben wurden für zusätzliche Haltbarkeit mit einer Titanbeschichtung versehen. Die Mahlscheiben sind nicht horizontal, sondern diagonal ausgerichtet. Dabei wird einer der Mahlsteine mit einem Mahlwerkhalter am Motor befestigt. Auf der anderen Seite wird das Mahlwerk im oberen Mahlwerkhalter befestigt, dieser Mahlwerkhalter ist ebenfalls mit einem heizkörper ausgestattet. Um eine höhere Temperaturstabilität zu erreichen, was zu einem gleichmäßigeren Mahlgrad führt.

Das Besondere an dieser Kaffeemühle ist, dass es eine Timer-Version gibt, sodass die Mühle X Sekunden lang mahlt. Es gibt aber auch eine Gravitech-Version, die je nach Gewicht des Kaffees eine bestimmte Kaffeemenge mahlt.
