The Victoria Arduino White Eagle Digit, the Victoria Arduino White Eagle T3 and the Victoria Arduino White Eagle Leva.
Victoria Arduino White Eagle Digit
This model of the VA 358 is made in 2 versions. This is a 4500W 2 group version and a 5000W 3 group version. The Digit is the version of the White eagle which only has 1 boiler and uses a heat exchanger system to provide water to the brewing groups
Victoria Arduino White Eagle T3
The White Eagle T3 is also a available in a 2 and 3 group version. where the 2 group version produces 7300W and the 3 group version around 9100W. The T3 is a multi boiler system, like with the Black eagle. You have 1 main boiler for warm water and steam and 2 or 3 individual brewing group boilers for extra temperature stability.
Victoria Arduino White Eagle Leva.
This version of the White Eagle is probably the most uncommon version. this is in comparison to the other versions of the VA 358 a manual espresso machine. The coffee isn’t made with pump pressure, but with the pressure from the springs inside the brewing group. In this espresso machine you won’t find a pump or their related parts. It is a relative simple espresso machine.
