La Cimbali M39 GT espresso machine parts

The espresso machine on this page is the La Cimbali M39-GT. This is one of the earliest commercial espresso machines which had a heated boiler in the brewing group. This espresso machine has a lot of similarities optically to the standard M39 Classic and Dosatron, but is in a lot of ways different.

La Cimbali M39-GT Class

The La Cimbali M39-GT Class is the non volumetric espresso machine model, you will not find a flowmeter in this machine nor the electrics for it. So you will only be able to start and stop the brewing process. This basic model does have the heating element in the brewing group, so you do will have better temperature stability then with the traditional M39 espresso machines.

La Cimbali M39-GT Dosatron

The La Cimbali M39-GT Dosatron is the volumetric version of the La Cimbali M39-GT. This makes you able to use pre-set volumetric settings on your espresso machine. This model has also a brewing group boiler, which gives it also more temperature stability. The GT version is available as a 2 and 3 group espresso machine.
