La Pavoni Pub 1ES
This model of the La Pavoni Pub is the model which has the e61 style of manual brewing group installed and open steam and water valves. The difference between the Pavoni Pub 1S is that this model has a water tank and doesn’t require a main water supply.
La Pavoni Pub 1M and 2M
This model of the La Pavoni uses the standard type of La Pavoni brewing group. It is the non volumetric version of the Pub, so you can only start and stop the brewing process manually.
La Pavoni Pub 1S and 2S
This version of the La Pavoni is the Pub version with a E61 style of manual brewing group. This espresso machine does require a main water inlet, in comparison to the Pub 1ES.
La Pavoni Pub 1V and Pub 2V
This model of the La Pavoni Pub is the volumetric version of the La Pavoni pub. On this espresso machine you will find a coffee selection menu for every brewing group.
La Pavoni Pub EM and the Pub EV.
