Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brooks Espressomachines. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time and compensation
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and at least within 30 calendaristic days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If the delivery has been delayed, or if an order cannot be filled or can be filled only partially, the Consumer shall be informed about this within one month after ordering. In such cases, the Consumer is entitled to repudiate the contract free of charge and with the right to possible compensation.
After repudiation in conformity with the preceding paragraph, Brooks Espressomachines shall return the payment made by the Consumer promptly but at least within 30 days after repudiation.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. However, the shipping cost depends on the weight / volume of the products placed in your order.
Brooks Espressomachines usually use economy shipping through its shipping agent, PostNL.
As you can see from the table below, Brooks Espressomachines applies a flat rate up to 30kg for shipping inside European Union, which may vary from 8 to 19 Euros.
For shipment outside Europe, the starting rate is at 25 Euros with 5 Euros extra for each kg.

* Faster shipment can be done at an extra cost. If you want your order to be shipped faster than the displayed time above, mention that in your order and we will make anything possible so that your products would arrive on time.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Brooks Espressomachines is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Brooks Espressomachines is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping in the Netherlands. However, this may not apply in other parts of Europe or Rest of the World. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and don’t forget to contact us as well with a photo proof and your D.O. (Delivery Order). Leave the packaging in the state it arrived.
