The lever brewing group used on various Vibiemme espresso machines, domestic and commercial, have been based on the Faema E61 group. But a lot of components are different.
In the top of the group you will find the drain sleeve, in the top section the nozzle is installed. Below that you will find a compression spring (13x42mm) and a spout valve with a length of 54.6mm.
In the middle of the brewing group you will find the cam shaft. This is also where the lever mechanism is attached to. It is sealed of with 2 shaft gaskets, a brass sleeve and a compression spring.
In the bottom section of the manual VBM brewing group, you can also find various valves. In the drain sleeve you will find a compression spring(14x45mm) with the brewing valve. This valve has a length of 62mm. Below this you will find the drain valve and drain spring. This compression spring is 14x33mm and the drain valve has a length of 27mm.
The portafilter gasket used on this group has a outer diameter of 73mm a inner diameter of 57mm. For this VBM group you can use the standard VBM portafilter with the 5,5mm ears.
