Juntas

Las juntas son probablemente uno de los elementos más importantes utilizados en una máquina de café expreso. Una junta asegura que su caldera, tubo de vapor o elemento de calefacción no tenga fugas. Hay una amplia selección de materiales y formas de juntas utilizadas en máquinas de café expreso. Esto también varía según la marca de la máquina de café.

Los tipos de juntas más comunes son:

  • O-anillos;
  • Las juntas de cobre;
  • Las juntas son planas.

 El anillo O.

Se trata de una junta redonda que se utiliza en aplicaciones como el sellado de válvulas solenoides, grupos de elaboración de cerveza, válvulas de entrada. Hay varios materiales utilizados como NBR, EPDM, FKM ((Viton) y silicona.

Las juntas de cobre.

Las juntas de cobre se pueden encontrar en varios tamaños y formas. Las 2 más comunes son las juntas planas de cobre y las juntas de compresión de cobre.

Las demás

En esencia son juntas planas. Pero se pueden hacer de varios materiales como juntas de PTFE y fibra. Estas juntas de fibra pueden ser fabricadas por marcas como Klinger ((Klingersil) y Victor Reinz.
