The Cimbali Magnum, When You Want It The coffee grinder is used in a business. The grinder can have either cone-shaped or flat blades for grinding coffee. The outer diameter of the flat grinding burrs is 63.50 mm, the inner diameter is 38 mm, and they are 9 mm thick. The outside diameter of the cylindrical grinding burrs is 47/31.8 mm, and the inside diameter is 31.8/10 mm. Both of the burrs are 20mm thick.
The motor that makes 300W powers the burrs that grind the coffee. You can choose between a single-phase motor or a three-phase motor for the On-Demand version with flat cutting burrs. Single-phase power is the only way to run a coffee grinder with cylindrical grinding blades. For the single-phase model, you need a start capacitor or your motor won't turn on.
You can handle the grinder in two ways with the Cimbali Magnum On Demand. Or with a row of buttons on the front of the grinder or a touchscreen, both of which are in the same place. On both screens, you can choose whether you want to grind for one coffee or two. All you have to do is push on the microswitch behind the portafilter fork with your portafilter.
There are several ways to change how coarse the ground coffee is. Some coffee grinders do have a shaft that sticks out of the body. If you turn this clockwise or anticlockwise, you can change how far apart the grinding burrs are, which affects how coarse the ground coffee is. With the Bluetooth feature, a small electric motor in the back of the On Demand coffee grinder can be used to change the distance between the grinding burrs.
The Barista Driving System (BDS) is used to make the most recent types of the La Cimbali Magnum on demand. With this choice, you can push one of the sensors on the coffee grinder, like the one for a single dose, the two for a double dose, or the one for a continuous grind.
