On-Demand Cimbali Magnum A commercial coffee grinder is called a coffee grinder. Blades for grinding coffee can be flat or conical and installed on the grinder itself. The outer, inner, and thickness measurements of the flat grinding burrs are 63,5mm, 38mm, and 9mm, respectively. The external and internal diameters of the conical grinding burrs are 47/31,8mm and 31,8/10mm, respectively. The two burrs are each 20mm thick.
A 300W motor powers the burrs used in the coffee grinding process. You can choose between a single phase or a three phase motor for the on-demand version with flat grinding burrs. The conical grinding blade coffee grinder can only be powered by a single phase of electricity. A start capacitor is necessary for the single phase version since without one, your motor won't turn on.
There are two ways to manage the Cimbali Magnum On Demand grinder. The same place also has a touchscreen and a push button panel on the front of the grinder. You can choose to grind for one coffee or two coffees on each display. The microswitch behind the portafilter fork simply has to be pushed against with your portafilter.
There are several ways to change how coarse the coffee is ground. A shaft may protrude from the body of some coffee grinder models. The amount of space between the grinding burrs can be changed by turning this clockwise or anticlockwise, which affects how coarsely the coffee is ground. On the back of the On Demand coffee grinder, there is a small electric motor that may change the gap between the grinding burrs when Bluetooth is selected.
The BDS system, also known as the barista driving system, is used to create the most recent versions of the La Cimbali Magnum on demand. You can use this option to activate one of the single-dose, double-dose, or continuous sensors on the coffee grinder.
