There are 31 products.The Mazzer Kony Dosatore is one of the Mazzer Kony models made by the Italian brand Mazzer. This series of coffee grinder can be the work horse of every big bar or restaurant. The Kony Dosatore is called a doser coffee grinder. The doser is the coffee reservoir on the front of the coffee grinder. This holds a certain amount of ground coffee which can be used directly.
On top of the Kony doser coffee grinder you have the coffee hopper, this holds the coffee beans. This hopper can be removed by loosening a screw and closing the shutter. Under this you will find the grind adjustment ring, the distance between the grinding burrs is determined with this ring. The grinding burrs which are used on this coffee grinder are conical ones and not flat ones. These burrs are made up out of a outer and inner burr, the outer burr has a outer diameter of 63,nd a inner diameter of 40mm. The inner burr has a outer diameter of 40mm and a inner diameter of 12mm.
From the grinding burrs the coffee is pushed towards the coffee storage doser. This doser holds a certain amount of ground coffee doses. This coffee will be dispensed when you pull the lever and the coffee falls into your filterbasket under the doser. You can also tamp the coffee right away with the tamper on the front of the doser.
This coffee grinder can be powered on a variety of ways, single phase 100/110V up to 220-230V, and 3 phase 380/400V. With the single phase versions you require a start capacitor to start the motor, this is not required with the 3 phase models. Note: the 3 phase version doesn’t use the same grinding burrs as the single phase version.
