The La Cimbali M100 espresso machine. The Flagship espresso machine of the La Cimbali Brand. This espresso machine is quite revolutionary when it was released. There are quite some resemblances with the La Cimbali M39-GT espresso machines, But also with the La Cimbali M39. But there are also a lot of different things.
The La Cimbali M100 espresso machine has 3 basis models, which can also be adjusted to the specifications of the customer

La Cimbali M100 DT
This model of the La Cimbali M100 is the only one which does not have the dual boiler system, so for every boiler a individual boiler. This model does use the traditional La Cimbali brewing groups. So this machine can’t give the temperature stability the GT and HD can give. The Cimbali M100 DT can be found with 2, 3 and 4 brewing groups.
La Cimbali M100 GT
This model does have the dual boiler system. Every brewing group has a 800W heating element installed in the group, so that you get better temperature stability then with the standard La Cimbali brewing group. This model can be found from 2 groups all the way up to 4 brewing groups.
La Cimbali M100 HD
The La Cimbali M100 HD resemblances a lot of with the La Cimbali M100 GT. But the La Cimbali M100 HD also has the ability to pressure profile the brewing process to get the perfect extraction. This espresso machine is also available from 2 up to 4 brewing groups.
Options
The La Cimbali M100 can also be found with alternative options such as the Cimbali Turbosteam, which automatically froths up your milk from your pitcher. Or the system of La Cimbali with Turbo Milk. This makes you able to froth hot and cold milk and dispense it automatically from the espresso machine. Or also a possibility is the Tall cup version, this model is slightly higher for take a way cups.
