Las válvulas de vapor y agua en el Bezzera BZ10 las máquinas de café son genéricas para muchos hogares Bezzera las máquinas de café. Estas válvulas se accionan manualmente y no con una válvula solenoide. El principio de funcionamiento es el mismo en ambas válvulas, pero no utilizan los mismos componentes. No son intercambiables.

Las válvulas se accionan empujando el mando de la válvula en cualquier dirección, esto empuja un eje hacia el interior. Este eje empuja hacia adentro contra la junta, la válvula se abre. Cuando vuelva la perilla a la posición original, la válvula se cerrará de nuevo debido a la presión del resorte de compresión.

Para la válvula de vapor hay 2 versiones, una hasta 06-10-11 y uno de 07-10-11 años. La principal diferencia es que el modelo temprano tiene una punta de vapor masculina y el modelo posterior tiene una punta de vapor femenina. El tubo de vapor se puede girar 360 grados y mantiene su posición debido al resorte de compresión.

Este sistema también se utiliza en la válvula de agua, pero girarla a 360 grados es un poco inútil. Visto todos los lados son idénticos entre sí.
