La marque La Cimbali utilise aujourd'hui 2 types de groupes de brassage, tous deux exploités avec une valve électrovanne. 1 de ces groupes est le plus commun, celui avec HX attaché à elle. L'autre est à l'origine un Faema groupe de brassage.

Le groupe principal de brassage La Cimbali utilise la version HX. Ce groupe de brassage a un échangeur de chaleur à l'arrière qui colle dans la chaudière, ceux-ci peuvent être 150mm ou 210mm. Le groupe brasseur a un corps en laiton, pour le portafilter est un raccord de porte-filtre séparé. Le joint portafilter utilisé pour ce groupe de brassage est 71x56x9mm. Et est utilisé sur les modèles de machines espresso comme le Cimbali M39, Cimbali M21, Cimbali M24, Cimbali m27(old), Cimbali M29, Cimbali M30, Cimbali M31, Cimbali M32 and the Cimbali M100.

L'autre groupe de brassage La Cimbali utilise est un groupe que vous pouvez également trouver sur Faema machines espresso modèles tels que Faema Teorema, Faema E98, Faema E92, Faema E91. Ce groupe de brassage est également actionné par solénoïde et a son propre anneau de couplage installé déjà. La taille du joint de portafilter pour ce groupe est 74x58x8mm.
