Der Mazzer Kony Elettronico ist eines der Arbeitspferde der Marke Mazzer. Diese Kaffeemühle kann in jeder Bar oder jedem Restaurant mit hohem Volumen verwendet werden. Die Mazzer Kony Electronic ist eine „on demand“ Kaffeemühle, was bedeutet, dass der benötigte Kaffee nur gemahlen wird. So wird jeder Espresso, den Sie zubereiten, aus frisch gemahlenen Bohnen hergestellt.

Diese Kaffeemühle wird in verschiedenen einphasigen Typen hergestellt. Der gebräuchlichste Typ sind die 220/240-V-Modelle. Der andere Typ ist für den US-Markt hergestellt, die einphasigen 100/110-V-Modelle. Der Nachteil eines Einphasenmotors besteht darin, dass er mit einem Kondensator betrieben werden muss. Die Größe des Kondensators hängt hauptsächlich von der Spannungsart des Motors ab.

Die Mazzer Kony Kaffeemühle ist eines der Modelle von Mazzer, das anstelle von Flachmahlwerken konische Mahlwerke verwendet. Diese Schleifscheiben haben 2 Außen- und 2 Innengrößen. Die Außenmaße betragen 63 und 40 mm, die Innenmaße 40 und 12 mm. Der Abstand zwischen diesen Graten kann eingestellt werden, indem der Ring oben im und gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gedreht wird.

Der gemahlene Kaffee fällt vom Mahlteil in den Trichterteil, unter diesem Trichterteil befindet sich die Filterhaltergabel. Oben auf dem Trichter befindet sich ein Touchpanel, auf dem Sie die gewünschte Kaffeesorte auswählen können. Sie können die Anzahl der Mahlsekunden für eine einzelne oder eine doppelte Dosis gemahlenen Kaffees einstellen
