Die Dampf- und Wasserventile der Bezzera BZ10 Espressomaschine sind generisch für viele Haushalts-Espressomaschinen von Bezzera. Diese Ventile werden manuell betätigt und nicht mit einem Magnetventil. Das Funktionsprinzip ist bei beiden Ventilen gleich, aber sie verwenden nicht die gleichen Komponenten. Sie sind nicht austauschbar.

Die Ventile werden beide betätigt, indem der Knopf des Ventils in eine beliebige Richtung gedrückt wird, wodurch eine Welle nach innen gedrückt wird. Diese Welle drückt nach innen gegen die Dichtung, das Ventil öffnet. Wenn Sie den Knopf in die ursprüngliche Position zurückbringen, schließt das Ventil wieder durch den Druck der Druckfeder.

Für das Dampfventil gibt es 2 Versionen, eine bis 06.10.11 und eine ab 07.10.11. Der Hauptunterschied besteht darin, dass das frühe Modell eine männliche Dampfspitze und das spätere Modell eine weibliche Dampfspitze hat. Das Dampfrohr ist um 360 Grad drehbar und hält durch die Druckfeder seine Position.

Dieses System wird auch am Wasserventil verwendet, aber es um 360 Grad zu drehen ist etwas sinnlos. Alle Seiten sind einander identisch.
