Welche elektrischen Komponenten bei einer San Marco 85 Espressomaschine verwendet werden, hängt davon ab, um welche Art von Modell es sich handelt. So gesehen benötigt ein Modell mehr elektrische Komponenten als das andere. Beim SM 85 haben Sie die S- und die E-Version. Das SM 85 S ist die nicht volumetrische Version und das SM 85 E ist das volumetrische Modell.

Beim S-Modell haben Sie also eine Füllstandssonde, einen Füllstandsregler, einen Brühschalter und einen Hauptschalter. Bei diesem Modell können Sie den Brühvorgang nur manuell starten und stoppen.
