Der Mazzer Kony Dosatore ist eines der Mazzer Kony-Modelle der italienischen Marke Mazzer. Diese Serie von Kaffeemühlen kann das Arbeitspferd jeder großen Bar oder jedes Restaurants sein. Die Kony Dosatore wird als Dosierkaffeemühle bezeichnet. Der Dosierer ist der Kaffeebehälter an der Vorderseite der Kaffeemühle. Dieser enthält eine bestimmte Menge gemahlenen Kaffees, der direkt verwendet werden kann.

Oben auf der Kony-Dosier-Kaffeemühle befindet sich der Kaffeetrichter, der die Kaffeebohnen enthält. Dieser Trichter kann entfernt werden, indem eine Schraube gelöst und der Verschluss geschlossen wird. Darunter befindet sich der Mahlgradeinstellring, mit diesem Ring wird der Abstand zwischen den Mahlgraten bestimmt. Die Mahlsteine, die bei dieser Kaffeemühle verwendet werden, sind konisch und nicht flach. Diese Fräser bestehen aus einem Außen- und einem Innenfräser, der Außenfräser hat einen Außendurchmesser von 63 mm und einen Innendurchmesser von 40 mm. Der Innengrat hat einen Außendurchmesser von 40 mm und einen Innendurchmesser von 12 mm.

Von den Mahlscheiben wird der Kaffee zum Kaffeevorratsdosierer geschoben. Dieser Dosierer enthält eine bestimmte Menge gemahlener Kaffeedosen. Dieser Kaffee wird ausgegeben, wenn Sie den Hebel ziehen und der Kaffee in Ihren Filterkorb unter dem Dosierer fällt. Mit dem Tamper auf der Vorderseite des Dosierers können Sie den Kaffee auch gleich tampen.

Diese Kaffeemühle kann auf verschiedene Arten betrieben werden, einphasig 100/110 V bis 220-230 V und dreiphasig 380/400 V. Bei den einphasigen Versionen benötigen Sie zum Starten des Motors einen Anlaufkondensator, bei den dreiphasigen Modellen ist dies nicht erforderlich. Hinweis: Die 3-Phasen-Version verwendet nicht die gleichen Mahlscheiben wie die Einphasen-Version.
