Description

The Fiamma OEM 4.0.085.0011 thermostat single phase 235°C is a genuine safety thermostat used on a wide range of Fiamma electric fryers. It monitors the oil or tank temperature and cuts power when the maximum safety temperature is reached, protecting both the fryer and the operator.
