The brewing group on this product page is the “standard” version of the brand La Cimbali. It is not completely standard, seen there are minor differences between some models of espresso machines.

This brewing group has on the back of the group a heat exchanger (HX) which sticks into the boiler. This HX can have 2 different sizes, a short of 150mm and a long version of 210mm. On the side of this group a 3 way solenoid valve is installed. Around the casted group itself you will find the in and outlet tubing, note: this can change per espresso machine model.

For this brewing group you can use the standard La Cimbali portafilter with the 5,5mm ears. This portafilter is installed into the separate portafilter holder coupling. The gasket to seal this portafilter in place has a conical outer diameter of 71mm a inner diameter of 56mm and a thickness of 9mm.
