The portafilters used on commercial la Pavoni espresso machines have a ear orientation of 45 degree and a ear thickness of 5,6mm. These portafilters can be used on the La Pavoni Bar, La Pavoni Bart, La Pavoni Pub, La Pavoni Hotel, La Pavoni P uno, La Pavoni P Tre and the La Pavoni P90.

The portafilters used on the domestic espresso machines can be split up in 2 types. The La Pavoni Europiccola and La Pavoni professional lever espresso machines use a 90 degree ear orientation and a ear thickness of 4mm. But you have also portafilters which are used on the Pavoni Botticelli, Pavoni Cellini and the Pavoni Giotto. These portafilters have a 90 degree ear orientation and a ear thickness of 6,3mm.
