This stainless steel filterbasket can hold 19-22 grams of ground coffee. The basket itself has a outer diameter of 66mm and a height of 32mm. The body is 56mm. This filter basket has in total 641 holes in a pattern of 44mm.  The tamper size for this item is 54mm. This filter basket has been made in Italy.

This specialty coffee filter basket can be used on the La San Marco 85, La San Marco 95, La San Marco 105, La Scan Marco 100 and the San Marco leva espresso machines.

No you can’t. The most common size of double filterbaskets has a diameter of 70mm. This is found on for instance Faema and Nuova Simonelli portafilters. The 68mm is typical for Cimbali espresso machines. Where you have smaller sizes for La Spaziale and San Marco portafilters.
