For Astoria you can find this timer switch in models such as the Astoria Super Jolly and the Astoria Major. For Fiorenzato you can find them in various models of the F5 and F6 grinders.

The timer is set at 1 minute manually cycle. The bipolar switch has a maximum capacity at 16A with 250V. The max environment temperature is 125°C. If you want to install a new knob, the square pin is 3,5x3,5mm.
