The single portafilter shown on this product page is a OEM/Original Astoria espresso machine spare part. The Astoria part reference for this item is 27311000. Note, this is the reference for the body.

This single portafilter has a open spout, this make it easier to clean your portafilter. The ear orientation is 45 degree. The thickness of these ears is 6mm. The portafilter comes with a stainless steel spring and a coffee filter basket. This basket holds approx. 7 grams of ground coffee.

This portafilter can be used on a wide selection Astoria espresso machines.  Such as the Astoria Argenta, Astoria Brava, Astoria Dora, Astoria Lisa, Astoria Vania, Astoria CK, Astoria CKX, Astoria Divina, Astoria Gloria, Astoria Rapallo. For the complete model list check the extra info tab.

It is not suitable for the Astoria Plus 4 You. This portafilter has a smaller diameter.

Are all portafilters interchangable? insert_link
No. There are a lot of models which are interchangable, such as with a lot of e61 style brewing groups. But in a lot of cases the dimensions do vary
What kind of material are single portafilters made off? insert_link
In general portafilters are made from casted and machined brass, which has been nickel and chrome plated. In some cases you will find a stainless steel portafilter. but this is not really standard.
How do i clean my single portafilter? insert_link
Cleaning your portafilter is quite simple. Remove the filterbasket from the portafilter, this can be easily be done with the IMS removal tool. Prepare a container with warm water and put or Puly Caff or Brooks cleaner inside this container. Now you can put your portafilter in the liquid and let it soak. Never submerge any part of the handle!.
if you want yo clean the portafilter spout, use our Brooks cleaning brushes.
Can i use every single filterbasket for my single portafilter? insert_link
No, you can't use any filterbasket for your portafilter. seen the sizes range in diameter from 65mm all the way up to 70mm. On this page you can select single filterbaskets on size and brand
