The La Cimbali M31 is one of the older espresso machine models. There are variety of versions of this model. As well as the number of groups.
The La Cimbali M31 has been build in the following versions:
La Cimbali M31 Bistro;
La Cimbali M31 Classic;
La Cimbali M31 Dosatron.
La Cimbali M31 Bistro.
The La Cimbali M31 Bistro is a small body 1 and 2 group volumetric espresso machine. It is ideally when there is limited space available. This Model is only available in a volumetric.
There are versions with a vibration pump, but also ones which have a rotation pump installed. The other thing is that this machine has a also a tank version, so there is no main water inlet required.
La Cimbali M31 Classic.
The La Cimbali M31 classic is the basic model of the La Cimbali M31. This is a not volumetric espresso machine. The machine is available from 2-4 brewing groups and in the additional colours silver and gold. The M31 classic only comes with a rotation pump
La Cimbali M31 Dosatron.
The la Cimbali M31 Dosatron is the volumetric version of the M31 series. This espresso machine does have flowmeters installed, including the additional electronics for this. This machine was available from 2 – 4 brewing groups and as well in the additional colours gold and silver.
