The Fimar OEM COLCL3L2 smooth blade assembly with drum is a genuine cutting tool for Fimar bowl cutters. It is designed for fine chopping, emulsifying and mixing of vegetables, meat, cheese and other ingredients, delivering a clean cut and smooth texture in professional food preparation.

The assembly offers a total cutting diameter of 200 mm and a boss diameter of 30 mm, matching the original hub and bowl geometry on the Fimar CL3 and CL3N cutters. As an original Fimar OEM spare part it can replace the factory-fitted blade drum directly, without any modification. This blade assembly is Made in Italy.
