The stainless steel self-sharpening plate mod. 22/4.5 is a robust grinder plate for meat
mincers that use the Enterprise 22 system. With ø 4.5 mm ejection holes,
it is suitable for relatively fine mincing on a 22-size head, helping to produce a uniform mince texture in
butchery and HoReCa applications.
This plate is manufactured in stainless steel and built as a
model 22 ENTERPRISE self-sharpening plate. It has an
external diameter of approx. 82.7 mm, a
centre hole of approx. 11.4 mm and ø 4.5 mm ejection holes.
In a self-sharpening set the knife and plate wear together when used with a matching Enterprise 22 knife,
helping to keep the cutting edges effective for longer. The plate is Made in Italy.
