The Fimar OEM CO7184 single-phase thermostat 50–300°C is a genuine temperature control for Fimar electric crêpe pans. It regulates the plate temperature between 50 and 300°C, ensuring stable, even heat for precise cooking of crêpes and similar products in professional HoReCa kitchens.

This thermostat is supplied complete with auxiliary selector switch, so you can replace the full original control assembly in one operation. It features a D-shaped pin ø 6x4.6 mm for the knob, a covered capillary length of 630 mm, and a bulb ø 3x168 mm for accurate sensing.
