On this page you will find our milk cleaner which can be used for cleaning different types of milk frothing systems. This product can be used for the traditional steam pipe but also for the automatic cappuccino makers, but there are different methods for this.
The Brooks milk cleanser is made in Germany. This product is suitable for daily use in your espresso or coffee machine. A small dose is enough. This product is an intensive cleaner and it is anti-bacterial.
Do you want to use our milk cleaner in the catering industry or in the office? Then go for the 1L bottles of Brooks Milk Cleaner, these are technically more interesting in price than 4 separate bottles.
How do I clean my automatic cappuccino maker in my fully automatic machine?
This depends a bit on what kind of fully automatic espresso machine you have, this may differ between different brands. That is why you should always consult the manual of your machine.
How do I clean a steam wand?
Cleaning a steam wand is fairly simple. Add 25ml of cleaning fluid to a milk jug, add 500ml of clean tap water. Place the steam wand here.
In case of serious contamination, it is wise to remove the steam tip from the steam pipe and remove the entire steam pipe from the steam valve. You can then soak this in a container with a higher concentration of cleaner. You could then clean the inside with a cleaning brush. If the holes are clogged, you can use the tip of the Pällo cleaning brush.
