Every coffee roaster needs to have cupping spoons. The cupping spoons on this product page are made by the Italian company Metallurgica Motta. A renowned Italian company for their stainless steel coffee accessories.

This specific spoon is the model 482 and has been made from stainless steel 18/10 (304). The length of this spoon is 180mm. the width of the spoon section itself is 46mm.

It is possible that you find black a tiny bit of residue on the spoon itself, this is polishing compound. So always clean them before use, but never put them in a dishwasher.

Can you place a milk pitcher in the dishwasher? insert_link

Yes you can put stainless steel milk pitchers in the dishwasher. For the painted stainless steel milk pitchers it is not adviced to put them in the dishwasher. Those need to be cleaned manually.
