Den Faema MD3000 er i modsætning til On demand-versionen en doser kaffemølle. Dette betyder, at denne kaffemaskine maler en vis mængde til opbevaring i doser på fronten af kaffemaskinen. Den kan bruges med det samme.

Den doser slibemaskine Faema MD3000 denne version er tilgængelig i 110- og 230-V-versioner. Der findes også en 3-fase version, der kører på 400 V. Den MD3000 det kræver ikke en startkondensator.

Denne kaffemaskine er kun tilgængelig med flade klinger, i modsætning til on demand denne version er også tilgængelig med et konisk burrsæt. De flade slibeblad har en ydre diameter på 75 mm og en indre diameter på 44 mm. disse burrs kan justeres med justeringsringen på toppen af maleren.

Fra klingen skubbes kaffen langsomt mod doser på fronten af kaffemaskinen. I dette doser der er en vis mængde kaffe, der kan bruges med det samme. Når en vis mængde kaffe er brugt, begynder maleren at male i x tid igen.
