With ø 8 mm ejection holes, it is suitable for medium to coarse mincing of meat and similar products, helping to maintain a consistent mince structure in daily butchery or HoReCa use.

This plate is manufactured in stainless steel and built as a model 22 ENTERPRISE self-sharpening plate. It has an external diameter of approx. 82.7 mm, a centre hole of approx. 11.4 mm and ø 8 mm ejection holes. In a self-sharpening set the knife and plate wear together when used with a matching Enterprise 22 knife, helping to keep the cutting edge effective for longer. The plate is Made in Italy.
