The Fimar OEM CO6978 thermostat single-phase 240°C is a genuine safety thermostat used on Fimar electric fryers. Set to a cut-out temperature of 240°C, it protects the appliance from overheating by interrupting the power supply if the oil temperature rises excessively, helping to ensure safe operation in professional HoReCa kitchens.

This thermostat is equipped with manual reset, so it must be reset by pressing the button after the fault has been checked and resolved. It has a covered capillary length of 640 mm and a bulb ø 5x70 mm, allowing correct positioning in the fryer tank. As an original Fimar OEM spare part it matches the dimensions, fittings and sensing characteristics of the factory-installed safety thermostat. This component is Made in Italy.
