The Kastel OEM K04677 evaporator sensor 2000 mm is a genuine temperature sensor used on various Kastel ice makers. Mounted on the evaporator, it monitors the ice-making temperature and sends the correct signal to the control system, helping to ensure reliable ice production, proper harvest cycles and protection against faults caused by incorrect temperature readings.

This sensor is supplied with a 2000 mm capillary and a bulb of ø 6 x 52 mm, allowing accurate positioning on the evaporator surface. As an original Kastel OEM spare part it fits directly in place of the existing sensor without modification and is suitable for intensive professional use on compatible ice makers. This evaporator sensor is Made in Italy.
