チンバリ・マグナムの構成部品

マグナムグラインダーに使用されている部品（挽き刃の種類やモーターの種類など）をご紹介します。

研削ブレード

Cimbali MagnumOn Demand コーヒーグラインダーは業務用コーヒーグラインダーです。グラインダー本体には、円錐形または平らなコーヒー挽き刃を取り付けることができます。平刃は外径63.5mm、内径38mm、厚さ9mmです。円錐形のバリの外径は47/31,8mm、内径は31,8/10mmです。両バリの厚さは20mmです。

グラインダーモーター

300Wのモーターを搭載しています。平バリのオンデマンドバージョンの場合、単相モーターまたは三相モーターをお選びいただけます。円錐形の粉砕刃を持つコーヒーグラインダーの場合、単相でのみ使用できます。単相の場合、始動用コンデンサーが必要です。

グラインド調整

チンバリ・マグナムOn Demand の場合、グラインダーの調節には2つの方法があります。グラインダーの前面にあるプッシュボタンか、同じ場所にあるタッチスクリーンです。どちらのディスプレイでも、1杯用か2杯用かを選択できます。ポータフィルターフォークの後ろにあるマイクロスイッチに、ポータフィルターを押し当てるだけです。

挽いたコーヒーの粗さを調整するには、複数のオプションを動作できます。いくつかのモデルは、コーヒー グラインダーのボディから突き出ているシャフトがあります。この時計と反時計回りに回転させると、挽いたコーヒーの粗さに影響を与える研削バリ間の距離が増減します。ブルートゥース・オプションでは、On Demand コーヒーグラインダーの背面にある小型電動モーターで挽きバリの間隔を調整します。

チンバリ・マグナムOn Demand ワイヤレスBDS

ラ・チンバリ・マグナム・オンデマンドの最新バージョンはBDSシステムで作られています。このオプションでは、コーヒーグラインダーのセンサーを1回分、2回分、連続分と押すことができます。
