モデル

ガジア・クラシックの初期モデルは、ごく当たり前のようにガジア・クラシックと呼ばれる。後期のシリーズはガジア・クラシック・プロと呼ばれる。これらのエスプレッソマシンには多くの共通点がある。この2機種の最大の違いは、Proバージョンはミルクを泡立てるために業務用スチームチューブを使用し、通常のものはパナレロ・スチームワンドを使用することである。

ガジア クラシック

ガジア・クラシックは、家庭用エスプレッソマシンの中で最もよく売れている製品のひとつで、セミ・プロ仕様の機能を備えている。このエスプレッソマシンは、抽出グループ自体の上に設置されているアルミニウム製のボイラーが取り付けられています。これは、熱がボイラーから抽出グループに高速転送されるという利点があります。

このエスプレッソマシンの背面には水タンクがあり、そこからウルカの振動ポンプで水を小さなボイラーに送り込みます。このポンプは、抽出圧力を発生させるためにも使われます。

ガジア・クラシック・プロ

ガジア・クラシックの現代版で、ガジア・クラシックと似たような特徴がたくさんあります。ボイラーや抽出グループなどだ。しかし、すぐに気づくのは前面のパネルで、押しボタン式ではなく、個別のスイッチになっている。もうひとつ違うのはスチームチューブだが、これは前述したとおり。それ以外は、技術的にはほとんど同じです。

ガジアクラシック用ポルタフィルター

ガジアクラシックのポルタフィルターは、他の様々な家庭用エスプレッソマシンにあるような加圧式ではありません。セミプロ用のポルタフィルターです。ガジアクラシックのポルタフィルターの欠点は、これが標準サイズのフィルターバスケットではないことで、そのため高価になります。底のないガジアクラシック・ポータフィルターもあります。

発熱体とボイラー ガジア クラシック

ガジアクラシックエスプレッソマシンのボイラーは、他のガジアモデルと同様、発熱体でもあります。このアルミニウム製ボイラーには発熱体が内蔵されており、この発熱体は110-120Vと220-240Vを使用できるという利点があります。1種類の電源だけではありません。そのため、 ガジアのボイラー／ヒーティングエレメントを世界中のあらゆる場所で使用することができます。

ガジアクラシックのスケール除去または脱灰

脱灰は、エスプレッソマシンに蓄積した石灰分を取り除く作業です。この手順には、脱灰液の使用が必要です。ガジア純正品をお使いいただくか、ブルックス・グリーニーの脱灰剤をお使いください。

250ミリリットルのボトル半分のデスケーラーを水タンクに入れ、水を満たします。マシンの電源を入れ、エスプレッソボタンとスチームボタンを同時に押しながら、スチームワンドを使って2杯分の水を容器に出します。コーヒーメーカーの電源を切り、溶液が作用するまで20分待ちます。

待機後、スチームワンドを使って再びカップ2杯分の水を注ぎます。3分待ってから、この作業を繰り返します。貯水タンクの水が完全になくなるまで、これを繰り返します。

最後に、マシンに水を通す必要があります。タンクいっぱいの水をスチームワンドに通し、もうタンクいっぱいの水をポータフィルターに通します。この工程をもう1度繰り返し、合計4つのタンクに水を入れます。これで、またきちんとしたエスプレッソを淹れ始めることができます！
