The Aristarco OEM 2527 single-phase thermostat 125°C is a genuine safety thermostat used on various Aristarco dishwashers, pull-through dishwashers, glasswashers and pan/utensil washers. It controls and limits the temperature in the hydraulic circuit, helping to protect the machine against overheating and ensuring safe, reliable operation in intensive professional use.

This thermostat is equipped with a manual reset, so after an overtemperature trip it must be reset by hand before the machine can start again. It has a bulb size of ø 6.5 x 77 mm and a 1540 mm capillary, allowing correct positioning on the boiler or tank. As an original Aristarco OEM spare part it fits directly in place of the existing unit without modification. This thermostat is Made in Italy.
