Description

The PEL Gas Tap 23S/O model 796906 delivers precision gas control in busy commercial kitchens. It installs via a horizontal flange with an M28×1.5 mm inlet and M24×1.5 mm outlet. A built-in flow regulator plus bypass jet (Ø 0.35 mm) let you fine-tune flame intensity, while the pilot flame port ensures reliable ignition.

Safety features include an M10×1 mm thermocouple connection that shuts off gas if the pilot goes out. The robust D-shaped control pin (Ø 10×8 mm) provides secure handling—even with gloves on.
