The Sirman OEM FG92010C thermostat single phase 240°C is a genuine high-limit safety thermostat for Sirman electric fryers. It monitors the oil temperature and cuts off power to the heating elements if the temperature exceeds the 240°C safety limit, protecting the appliance, the oil and the operator during intensive professional use.

This original Sirman safety thermostat is single-phase, rated at 16 A – 250 V and is equipped with a manual reset. After an over-temperature event, the device must be reset by the operator, preventing the fryer from restarting unnoticed.
