기본적으로 두 가지 유형의 압력 게이지가 있습니다. 단일 압력 게이지와 이중 압력 게이지입니다. 단일 압력 게이지는 펌프 또는 보일러 압력 게이지가 될 수 있습니다. 압력 게이지의 압력 범위는 일반적으로 0~16bar입니다. 보일러 압력 게이지의 압력 범위는 일반적으로 0에서 2,5 또는 3바까지입니다. 이는 제조업체의 요구 사항에 따라 다릅니다.
다른 유형은 이중 버전입니다. 이 유형의 압력계는 펌프와 보일러 압력 게이지가 하나에 있습니다. 즉, 뒷면에 2개의 개별 피팅이 있습니다. 대부분의 경우 압력 게이지에는 수 1/8" BSP-G 나사산이 있습니다. 경우에 따라 원뿔형 피팅인 경우도 있습니다.
OEM/오리지널 또는 애프터마켓 압력 게이지를 사용하는 경우 기술적으로 동일합니다. 차이점은 애프터마켓 압력 게이지가 미적으로 약간 다를 수 있고 브랜드 이름이 전면 플레이트에 인쇄되어 있다는 것입니다.
보일러 압력 게이지
보일러 압력계는 증기 보일러 내부의 압력이 어느 정도인지 알 수 있습니다. 압력 스위치를 누르면 압력이 0에서 설정 압력까지 올라가는 것을 볼 수 있으며, 압력 스위치를 조정하고 싶을 때 이 압력 게이지를 사용하여 어느 압력에서 스위치가 꺼지는지 확인할 수 있습니다.
과거에 흔히 사용하던 보일러에 진공 밸브가 없는 경우. 초기 판독값이 부정확할 수 있습니다. 압력 스위치가 꺼지는 것을 보았지만 그 이유는 잘못된 공기가 있기 때문입니다. 따라서 보일러가 적정 온도에 도달했다고 생각할 수 있습니다. 하지만 실제로는 그렇지 않습니다. 스팀 밸브 노브를 열고 닫으면 이 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다. 그러면 압력이 급격히 떨어지는 것을 볼 수 있습니다.
펌프 압력 게이지
펌프 압력계는 펌프가 작동 중일 때만 읽을 수 있습니다. 펌프가 작동 중일 때는 에스프레소 머신 펌프 측면에 있는 조절 나사를 사용할 수 있습니다. 나사를 안쪽으로 돌리면 펌프 압력이 증가하고, 바깥쪽으로 돌리면 펌프 압력이 감소합니다.
거의 대부분의 경우 추출 그룹에서 펌프 압력이 측정되지 않으므로 압력 게이지에 표시되는 압력은 추출 그룹 압력이 아닙니다.
