The Cimbali Magnum On Demand Coffee grinder is a commercial coffee grinder. The grinder itself can be fitted with conical or flat coffee grinding blades. The flat grinding burrs have a outer diameter of 63,5mm, a inner diameter of 38mm and a thickness of 9mm. The conical grinding burrs have a outer diameter of 47/31,8mm and a internal diameter of 31,8/10mm. The thickness of both burrs is 20mm.
The coffee grinding burrs are powered with a motor which produces 300W. In the case of the On demand version with flat grinding burrs you have the choice with a single phase motor or a three phase version. In the case of the coffee grinder with the conical grinding blades, this can only be powered by single phase. For the single phase version you require a start capacitor, otherwise your motor won’t start.
For the Cimbali Magnum On Demand you have two options to control the grinder. Or with a push button panel on the front of the grinder or with a touchscreen, which is on the same location. On both displays you can select if you want to grind for 1 coffee or for 2 coffee. The only thing you need to do is push with your portafilter against the microswitch behind the portafilter fork.
To adjust the coarseness of the ground coffee can work multiple options. Some models do have a shaft sticking out of the body of the coffee grinder.
