Shipment processing time and compensation

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and at least within 30 calendaristic days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If the delivery has been delayed, or if an order cannot be filled or can be filled only partially, the Consumer shall be informed about this within one month after ordering. In such cases, the Consumer is entitled to repudiate the contract free of charge and with the right to possible compensation.


After repudiation in conformity with the preceding paragraph, Brooks Espressomachines shall return the payment made by the Consumer promptly but at least within 30 days after repudiation.

 

This does depend if your products are in stock, the lead time for a product is shown at their own page. If your items are in stock we normally ship the order out within 1-2 working days.

This does depend where you are located. For EU shipments we use DPD, DHL or UPS. For shipments outside the EU we use Postnl and UPS.

This does depend on where you are located, normally within the EU most shipments are delivered within 3/5 working days. But outside the EU this is longer. If you want to know more about the transit times, just send us a message.

If you are located outside the EU we do not charge VAT. But it is possible that you need to pay VAT and or importing costs on the order. If you want to know how much check your local customs for more details.

Yes it is possible that we use a similar alternative which suits the shipment at that moment. It is also possible that we bundle multiple orders in one shipment
