The espresso machine on this page is the V version of the La Pavoni Bar espresso machine. There are various version of the Pavoni Bar available, with a lot of similarities between them. This model of the Bar is the volumetric version, which means that this machine has been equipped with a touchpanel and flowmeter. This makes it possible to select a coffee type, start the brewing process and this automatically stops when the required amount of water has flown true the flowmeter.
This coffee machine is available in a 2,3 and a 4 group version. These espresso machines are available in a single phase 220/240V version and in a 3 phase 380/400V version. this version is not available in a 120V version. The heating elements used on the Pavoni Bar V espresso machine range from 4370W for a single phase espresso machine all the way up to 7140W for a 4 group version.
This espresso machine is standard fitted with a automatic boiler filling system, once the boiler detects a too low water level it will automatically fill the boiler up. Next to the electrical heating system you can also fit the Bar V with a gas burner, ideal when you are on a festival or a fair where there is limited power supply.
On the Pavoni Bar V you have in total 2 steam tubes and 1 water valve, these are all manually operated. Which gives it a bit more practice to get good frothed milk in your milk jug, instead of using a automatic steaming system.
