The domestic espresso machine Bezzera BZ10 is fitted with a internal pump and water tank. This configuration can be found on various domestic Bezzera espresso machines.
The vibration pump on the BZ10 has 2 functions, which are pumping water from the water tank into the boiler and creating pump pressure for making coffee/espresso. The pump used on this machine is a Ulka EX5, which can be a 220/230V model or a 100-120V version. The Ulka vibration pump has also been fitted with a thermal protection, which prevents destroying the pump.
The water tank on this espresso machine can hold up to 3 Litres of water. in the water tank you hang a silicone hose, with inside of the water tank a water filter. This filter removes larger particles of debris, prevent clogging up your espresso machine.
