The Baron OEM CR1263820 pressure switch is used in a range of gas pasta cookers from the Baron 70, 74 and 90 series. It monitors the gas line pressure to help ensure safe and reliable burner operation in demanding professional kitchens. This is a direct replacement for the original pressure switch supplied with the equipment. Made in Italy.
