The Baron OEM CR1516360 is the original 3-phase safety thermostat for Baron fryers, with a fixed high-limit cut-out at 230°C. It acts as an over-temperature protection device, cutting off the circuit if the oil overheats to help protect the fryer and improve operator safety.
