This coffee grinder is a doser coffee grinder, this is for all the models of the Theo. This means that there is a doser on the front of the coffee grinder where ground coffee is stored, this makes working faster then with a on demand grinder. For some barista’s this is the preference.
This coffee grinder has of the Theo models as only conical griding burrs. These have a right turning direction and have a outer diameter of 68/49mm, the inner diameter is 42/11mm and the thickness is 25mm. This coffee grinder is available in a single phase 220-240V and a three phase 400V version.
