This original Convotherm pressure regulator valve is used to control the water pressure in Convotherm 4 20.10 combi steam ovens. It keeps the inlet pressure within the required range so the oven can build steam reliably and operate safely, even in demanding professional kitchens. The valve is a genuine spare part and is Made in Germany for high reliability and a long service life.
